      The Company is located just outside of Boston, MA which helps cut down on the morning commute. The employees are the best thing about the company. It is a great place to learn and grow experience for an individual's in the fields of Management, Operations, and Maintenance and Engineering. The company also matches your 401K PPLAN. Overtime is also available for employees.

      Cons

      The company is not competitive with today's current wages and salaries. Company is lacking Leadership experience in some areas of the company. HealthCare benefits are ok but could be better.

      Pros

      bonus, semi lax work environment, managers take hands off approach, allowing for employees to perform their job without interference, good team of training individuals. gym on site, semi frequent employee rewards (ex. icecream truck, pizza, meal trucks) and theres room to move around the company with different titles if someone desired with enough training.

      Cons

      lower than average pay for the type of industry, however for the laid back environment with the tasks, it seems acceptable
