Pros
-big learning curve
-opportunities for growth within the company definitely exist, but it will cost you all your free time if you want to run relationships
-very cool clients
-awesome coworkers
-TwinFocus does pay well, caveat- I don’t think the directors earn in salary/bonus the amount of work they put in
Cons
-partners really only care about the client (understandable to an extent) but will sacrifice employees to satisfy their extensive promises to the clients
-if you work hard/longer hours to impress the bosses they consider that your new baseline and increase your workload from there
-quantity is valued over quality
-at any given time at least 1/4 employees are looking to leave the firm
