Pros

Made me never want to work in a restaurant again.

Cons

Food is inevitably mediocre. It like an entire food court served from one kitchen. Owner had zero restaurant experience before buying the restaurant. The entire Hispanic kitchen staff was thoroughly exploited with an illegal salary scheme

Pros

This is a good place to work and the money is good during busy season. They're redoing all the training and have gotten rid of the cliques that used to run off good people. The group here now and management is excellent.

Cons

No money during winter time. Can get overwhelming with volume of tables during busy season.

Busy most nights, opportunity to earn good tips

Cons

No use of a hosting computer system to manage the flow of customers on a busy night, often double and triple-sat one after the other.
