      Very good work life balance.

      Cons

      Twitch leadership is extremely political, especially in the product organization. We have no product vision other than to iterate on the current product. We haven’t shipped anything ambitious in the last two years since our CPO arrived. Also, our CPO hasn’t added any product talent to the company. We just do reorg after reorg and reset everything that people are working on, but it never goes anywhere.

      - Most employees care a lot about the service. - Most employees are very user focused. - Most employees are very friendly and inclusive making for a pleasant collaborative experience.

      Cons

      - Amazon influence over Twitch getting more and more impactful and invasive. - Fun and enjoyable workplace slipping further and further away to more corporate bureaucracy. - CEO is not as trusted as once was.
