Pros

Really interesting, passionate and friendly people work here. I always look forward to going into the office to catch up with people. The work is really varied and there are always new things coming down the pipeline. Management listens and does their best to implement positive change. Benefits are pretty great - free therapy for all employees, flexible work, new perks added yearly based on employee feedback, work from home allowance, etc.

Cons

Company has grown a lot and the standard growing pains have ensued. There are so many avenues to give feedback and I think some of it gets lost because of it.

Pros

Exciting, dynamic, challenging, great people, great pay for the area.

Cons

Can be chaotic, no equity, responsibilities usually grow faster than title.

Pros

Pay, benefits, and PTO are pretty nice. Good retirement options and match. In office culture can be good, but isn't always. Tech stack is really easy to use and lots of opportunity for development. Management invests heavily in juniors. Diverse income streams with high margins, with quality office spaces.

Cons

Grew too fast and hired some pretty terrible people. People who are stubborn, defensive, not collaborative, anti-social, and occasionally rude. CEO is wild. Asks for too much, can be aggressive, oddly witty, and stays private. It's like you're talking to a deity sometimes. Not enough shaming for overworking because they "preach" about work-life balance. Managers will occasionally say they worked late or a bit on the weekend, making you feel guilty that you didn't.
