Pros
Two One Nine Design is a small mechatronics design company which is run by the engineers who work there. They all enjoy their work and are fun to work with. Best of all, because it's such a small engineering company they're very flexible, so it's easy to keep your own hours and get time off for personal stuff. On Mondays they have a planning lunch where the company buys lunch for everyone and they discuss what everyone is working on that week. Fridays are pizza and flip-flop days. They also try to maintain a 10% innovation time, that is, 10% of your time should be spent on self-directed projects.
Cons
Because of the small size of the company everyone needs to be able to handle all aspects of a project. Individual projects will require you to write the documentation, track the budget, do ordering, etc.
