Pros

I liked the variety of clients I worked with and my boss was fantastic.

Cons

There is no work life balance. Often it was expected of our team to work over the weekends and late into the evenings. Meetings were excessive and hardly left time for us to complete work. Often my boss was overwhelmed and desperately needed support and only got minimal help. She was one of the only reasons I stayed because I wanted to help her and I really enjoyed our working relationship. She was extremely kind and helped me learn so much. However other parts of the agency are cliquey and unkind to new associates. Everyone was expected to keep track of everything for their client when project management, data, or account management wasn’t helping -since there aren’t enough people to help manage timelines and deliverables and no actual processes were in place. The agency is missing a lot of marks and needs to implement organizational processes across all departments to make everyone’s life easier. Everyone always worked extremely hard but a lot of associates were confused and scrambling. 2RM needed to hire additional support - even entry level if mid-senior positions aren’t getting enough applicants when people are drowning in work. Which seemed to be hold up on our media team.

Pros

Unique office environment lends to positive first impression by prospective employees or clients.

Cons

The office is distractingly loud and echoes inside -- from conference room noise coming through the air ducts to whistling, rumbling freight train traffic a few feet from the building. More importantly, in my experience this is an environment where you may regret trusting your co-workers... it's a place where team members secretly undermining each other was the accepted norm.
