Nice place - Production Operator Two Sisters Catering Employee Review

Two Sisters has a wonderful, close-knit environment in the office. The employees know it is a team effort and everyone supports each for the common goal of a successful store. An added bonus, they offer you free daily lunch from the to-go store.

The location and parking are not ideal.

I stared Two sisters as a runner and later took in more responsibility as an Operation Manager .....the people that work there are great hardworking people you learn new things everyday and if you like to be challenged this is the perfect job ! you need to be a multitask er and quick on your feet to problem solve. These were some of the things i really liked about the job.... but you would think that in taking more responsibility you will get confiscated with the pay but it seems to be a trend there ... People just work their butts off but will be crazy in asking for a raise. which brings me to my Cons

they will work you ans work you for little pay ...... they day they are all about there employees ans that they are a family business well family business do not treat there employees ... i cant think of any other words but DOGS... they don't know how to be professional with their employees. this a very successful business and they have a turnover of employees they do not value their employees for their hard work.
