You feel like you can be yourself and contribute in your own way, with a very inclusive and supportive environment. It's hard to beat extremely meaningful work, an amazing team, great culture and awesome growth opportunities. This was the main reason that made me join the startup and what keeps me going.

You need to come with an agile and growth mindset and constantly work in iterations and strive for incremental improvements - To clarify, I don't see this as negative at all and super exciting, but might not be for everyone.
