They were open to suggestions for improvements and innovations. I worked with a couple great individuals with whom I am still in contact. I also learned a lot about how to and how not to build websites and run a web shop.
Cons
Overall, the work culture was fairly toxic. Working there kinda felt like going back to high school (not in a good way). Communication was seriously lacking. Everyone was expected to be a rockstar and therefore never need help or ask for help. Felt like I was constantly being set up to fail. We were expected to work overtime every week without compensation and were derided as "part-timers" if we didn't.
