Feels like I am working for agency - QA Engineer Typeqast Employee Review

- flexible terms of work - great communication - big turnover of great programmers

- no salary bonus on end of the year

Good salary, nice office, you can always talk to HR

- the company was boght from Valcon so whatever they say you need to do like that - full micromanagment and everyday stress -poor education, you are mostly on your own -monthly detail reviws where is to much irrelevant information what did you do wrong, basicly they would say and smallest stuff -everyone on the project works on their own so you are not in a “team” - you dont have any protect from Typeqast because everything is like Valcon say
