      Benefits are good, and in terms of IT they have a lot of different types of platforms/applications to implement and learn.

      Cons

      If you don't fit inside the box, you are often not heard. Not much training or mentoring for team members trying to learn.

      The company offers great pay for the area.

      Cons

      The company changed health benefits from BCBS to United health-Poor Provider. Some plants have a toxic work life balance. Expect 6-7 day work week. No OT or consideration for Salary management.
