Pros
As a new immigrant ,I was not confident to work in different language environment at first .But U-team has given me so much support ,understanding ,respect ,flexible work time and care .I have to say I am so lucky to work here.
Cons
Flexible work style ,if you can't manage your time well I would say it may be hard to work efficiently
