Pros
Money is good. Benefits are good.
Cons
Upper management sucks. They are always asking you to do things that you wouldn't do to your grandmother, like rip people off. Store Managers vary, and some will protect you and your morals, but others won't. Of course those are the managers that upper management likes, even if their store doesn't get good numbers because they just do what they are told.
