Thats enough to give every employee nearly 30k each. The company’s “Customer Service Appreciation Week” is insulting, offering pizza parties and thank-you emails instead of real, tangible support. These gestures feel patronizing given the increased workload, lack of sufficient vacation time (I got SIX hours after a year), unaffordable health benefits, and announced changes to office locations on the first day of the "appreciation" week. • Lack of Flexibility: The first day of CSAW, the company announced that they are relocating many offices to a more distant area, (30 MILES DIFFERENT FOR ME) significantly increasing commuting times and costs for many employees. This decision only adds to the burden of working for US Bank. • Expensive Health Benefits: The cost of health insurance is disproportionate to the pay rate, making it difficult for employees like me to afford basic healthcare.
