Pros
They're very lenient about work hours. They know school will come first to students. They don't mind working with you until you get the hang of things.
Cons
You will be asked to do the same task over and over. Additionally, planning isn't the greatest, especially for minor projects and you may actually be asked to do something and then promptly un do it. It's kinda ridiculous.
