Great environment to work because coworkers are always courteous and respectful to each other. Also, work is diverse and challenging at times, and above all there is great job satisfaction.
Cons
Occasionally, there are too many levels of management to speak to regarding an issue. Also, there should be an increase in salary compared to private companies.
