Very Supportive Staff. By far, most faculty have been sensitive to the demands of balancing TA-ships, class loads, writing and family responsibilities. Salaries are competitive.
Cons
At times, late notice on TA and Instructor assignments. Occasionally a Professor will show themselves insensitive to TA workloads.
