      El ambiente laboral en UCB es muy agradable y destaca especialmente por el compañerismo. Se respira una cultura colaborativa, donde las personas están dispuestas a ayudar y compartir conocimiento, lo que facilita mucho el día a día. Hay un buen equilibrio entre exigencia y apoyo, y se valora el trabajo en equipo por encima de todo. Es un entorno en el que te sientes escuchado y parte de un objetivo común.

      No veo desventajas ahora despues de casi 2 años.
