Needs their scientist staff to have mandatory cross-training in departments, assays, and much more. They are not guaranteeing job security for their scientists by having them only doing certain assays, and not training them on more assays. It will ruin future job prospects if they decided to move on from the company.
They pay their employees less than their market value, and do not give straight-forward reasons why they do not pay their employees their value.
The "merit increase" we got was lower than the rate of inflation. I now make less this year that I do last year.
We get communications about reorganizations, but do not tell us specifics. They do not tell us what specifically will be reorganized. We need specifics.
WFH is not a guarantee. Despite saying they care about work-life balance, the lower level employees must be in the office every day of the week. They do not allow them to WFH. If they ask to, their managers and their manager's manager will tell them they cannot WFH because of "office culture" or some answer that does not make sense.
