Management is too busy to handle any of your concerns Your job description changes every 2 months with minimal information beforehand UCHealth is the only company in Colorado that is allowed to not offer a 30 minute lunch on any given day You will be staring at 8 screens for 12 hours straight with minimal breaks The pay raise from VHT II to VHT III is $0.36. Your responsibilities double Your coworkers will ask you personal questions about your life because they’re bored for 12 hours and they need to gossip

Pros

High Acuity patients Maintain Skillset Job security

Cons

Too many patients in a day and not enough time to spend with them. Minimal admin time to manage InBasket and patient needs. Frequently need to juggle a full and complex patient schedule with urgent test results and care coordination. Have to use personal PTO to cover holidays and any time the clinic is closed due to circumstances outside of our control. (weather, power outages, etc) Annual performance Bonuses are now being determined by online patient feedback scores.
