Pros
Takes care of patients well.
Cons
Not a place for career advancement and opportunities. You’re either scheduled to a ticket management system or probing for ways to learn the system. No training or hardly colleague interaction; the office is extremely awkward and feels like you’re walking on pin-needles. Large team in which only a few are considered for prime opportunities, projects, training/Epic certifications and promotions. These few are heavily guarded with knowledge base, by management, making it almost impossible for the rest of the team to know or learn anything. No guidance from management. Absolutely no growth latter or steps to promote development. Everything comes from the director who refuses to acknowledge employees but is seemingly very swift to take adverse actions. low pay for Epic Analyst. Very unwelcoming and unpleasant environment and would not recommend.
