Pros

Nice cafeteria, covered parking, decent offices

Cons

This is an organization in need of an intervention. Not only the UCI-Fram leadership, but specifically Autolite. The company CEO runs his staff through so many activities that they cannot focus on making the organization better. He forces, through his emotional swings, his staff to work unimaginable hours and cannot prioritize. Everything is a priority, so nothing ever is fully accomplished. Those that do not burnout and leave, are let go. Like was mentioned before, the turnover is unreal and unlike anything ever experienced. In his two years, he is on his second VP of marketing, third HR director, third CFO, and third VP of Operations. He would be on his fourth sales director but the position has remained unfilled for seven months. You would think that this would become apparent to UCI-Fram leadership, but it continues. Many interview for positions that are offered, but smartly turn the positions down. They must see what UCI-Fram leadership will not acknowledge.

Pros

Nice cafeteria- Is that a reason to work somewhere? There are few pros to working at this company while the current management of the Autolite division remains in power. Yes, "In power" is a well spoken analogy.

Cons

The current President of Autolite is an incredible narcissist. It is definitely his way or the highway in all aspects of what he does. You are not encouraged to have an opinion or disagree unless it is his. The revolving door has revolved so many times, with so many people that one cannot keep track of whom works there and who no longer does. The people hired to replace the people fired have quit multiple times over and the saga continues almost daily. It is truly scary that the upper management cannot see what is going on nor can the owner himself. I guess his yacht is too far out in the New Zealand waters for him to care that he is losing money hand over fist.
