      I am in a big research group with adequate funding, so I could learn a lot from my colleagues. I have active interaction with them.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is not good, I usually go to school on Saturday. But it really depends on the group you belong

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up
