Pros
The managers are very kind and understanding. As long as you are on time and vigilant during shifts, you will be liked. Coworkers are always going to be awesome people.
Cons
The only con is opening shifts starting at 5 am so you need to be at JWC no later than 4:45am. It's rough, but if you are looking to fix your sleep schedule, it's a great opportunity.
