      Many intelligent, caring colleagues and family healthcare benefits are good

      Cons

      overpaid middle management who are not in patient care, making decisions detrimental to patient care and micromanaging. Bad manager has caused many great colleagues to leave.

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
