      Good pay, health benefits

      Cons

      Management is HORRIBLE! They train you to have "Cicare" yet when your constantly being told by patients, doctors, visitors, police officers, fire department, that yoyr "Awesome" your management rolls their eyes, & picks on you , for something irrelevant. If your not in these managers "clique" they destroy you

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.

      The nurses are very receptive and open to teaching students

      Cons

      Some units may feel cliquey, but that comes with all hospitals
