Coworkers are fun (night shift), always feel supported on your unit, lots of backup when it comes to needing anything, leadership is supportive
Cons
Stricter on sick hours, sometimes hard to get vacation approved if others with seniority request despite requesting in advance, sometimes you need to know the right people to make your life easier

The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work
Cons
Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
