      Great members, make your job enjoyable. Access to great gym equipment to keep healthy.

      Cons

      Would be nice if pay was better for living wages, keeping good consistent managers that respected rules and employees. Not rule with an iron fist.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
