Pros
The people who work there are kind. Their HR department is TRYING to make diversity important. They have frequent meetings which include C-Suite people who address questions/concerns and share updates on the company as a whole.
Cons
The communication is inconsistent and frequently contradictory. Management is inconsistent and makes decisions about promotions and hiring based upon who does the most "butt kissing." The benefits are not even, remotely, competitive for the corporate world in general or specific industry. Pay is not even close to competitive and there are no standard metrics in place for how to increase pay (each supervisor/manager makes that decision individually and rationale for why one was or wasn't made typically involves inconsistent rationale). DEI is new and verbally shared as important, but the company makes few actions to support their words; and when the C suite is asked about how they could do better, they have responded by saying their are doing fine.
