Financially stable publicly traded engineerng and manufacturing company. Ethical in relationships with customers, employees and suppliers. Reasonable and comprehensive benefit package.
Cons
High level of disparity in compensation between the officers of the company and the worker bees that actually deliver the results at the various operating divisions. History of acquiring failed companies or setting up new locations, hiring or assigning oprerating managers and then holding them solely responsible for the outcome without adequate support. Total misalignment between sales and operating division level expectations, recognition and rewards.
