Pros

I have made some great friends, but that is about all.

Cons

Not quite sure where to start. I have asked for help on numerous occasions only to receive none. The client dictates everything that goes on and will escalate the smallest issue to the top of the food chain instead of just coming to me creating a problematic work environment. Upper management will then freak out send emails and will call and aren’t very nice. Was not told this is what I would be dealing with when I interviewed and was hired. I enjoyed it up until this past month. No matter what I do it’s not enough. I feel like the writing is on the wall, but I get no direction on what to do. Of course the puppet master client seems to pull all the strings, so if they want me gone I probably won’t get a chance to right any wrong. Which leads back to lack of direction, no communication and no help. When I have asked for help, I get told call so and so(and hope they answer or even return the call)or asked why don’t you know how to do it. The problem is, no one showed me how to do it from the get go. How do you expect to be successful if you don’t properly train people? I feel like I was thrown to the wolves with absolutely no chance to fend for myself. I was set up for failure from the start.
