Pros

Nice office, good location. Product demos well. Mission of improving customer support is interesting and easy to get behind. Tech is pretty strong, company will probably do well ultimately.

Cons

Industry is boring Comp is below market Definite in-crowd that has built the company around their own needs & wants and doesn’t care about the rest of the people working here. If you are any kind of minority stay away. Women, non-Asian people of color and lgbtq etc aren’t taken seriously. They’ll ultimately say you left because you just can’t keep up when really you just can’t get what you need to do your work from your coworkers and you’re tired of being ignored and fielding micro-aggressions. Work anywhere else where you’ll be treated like a valuable and competent professional. Non-existent HR Leadership struggles with communication, strategy, planning, trust, and learning from mistakes. CEO is insecure, out of touch, and ineffective at working with others. This place runs on secrets, lies, and politics.

Pros

mart, hardworking individual contributors across Engineering and Support • Interesting problem space with real customer need • Opportunity to influence strategy (at least initially)

Cons

. compensation is not competitive for the level of responsibility and expectations • Employees are worked extremely hard, often beyond reasonable or sustainable limits • Lack of transparency and accountability at senior leadership levels • Psychological safety is low—feedback and dissent are often punished • Decisions are made behind closed doors and narratives shift to suit leadership needs • Employees can be scapegoated when political dynamics change
