No pay rise in job Started in 2008 Different company still on same wages when I left You never see any of the management to discuss problems Maybe a regional supervisor ? team leader once in a blue moon. Everything is discussed via e-mail on on the telephone. They will not back you up in any complaints from their clients. One complaint from a client and you are out of a job. no support at all
