Intense, clostraphobic and no support - Personal Assistant UKCIL Employee Review

No support whatsoever for emotionally and physically intense work. My role in particular was advertised without some key info that affected the job such as client's mental health issues. All part of a clearly broken system where clients rightfully want autonomy in who cares for them and how that looks, and to cut out middle men (££) the client is also your manager, supervisor etc but is also very unwell and you are exhausted of all of your energy whilst treading on eggshells with no one to report back to.
