Since the merger, the company has rapidly declined. The culture isn’t what leadership thinks it is. Favoritism is rampant, recognition depends on who you flatter, not what you produce or how hard you work. People with no industry experience are hired and promoted, while tenured, experienced employees are overlooked or laid off. Toxic is the best word for it.
