Pros

Great campus with lots to do, good 401k, decent benefits

Cons

Base pay is too low. Sales structure does not provide incentive for any sales employees to truly benefit. Difficult to gain bonuses based on sometimes unrealistic budgets. Busy work (sometimes doing the work of 3 people) does not allow inbound sales to contribute to sales goals and make an impact on their bonus potential.

Happy to see your feedback regarding the campus, 401k and benefits. When it comes to pay, you should feel free to have a discussion about compensation/workload with your current manager or HR. Also, there is no need to wait for a mid-year or year-end performance discussion to broach the subject since we phased those out. Our managers and individual contributors are equipped with the tools to have ongoing and meaningful career discussions at any point throughout the year.

Pros

- Mission - Work life balance - Pay - Modernization of the workplace

Cons

- Every year benefits are reduced with terrible and tone deaf justifications. - Added benefits tend only to benefit new employees. - Perception that the company does not value long term employees (suspension of defined benefit program) - Poor ESPP discount - Lack of transparency on how AEIP bonus is calculated - Workflow tools are still extremely cumbersome after years of promises to fix them - Lack of enforcement of hybrid work policy. Many people never come in and are never spoken to about it.
