Pros
The people, mission and integrity Associates are hard working and committed, they love the core of the company. Some good leaders but they are exhausted. Only a handful of senior and highly paid people trying to really contribute.
Cons
Too many changes, top management applying standard corporate recipes without understanding the culture. Too many consultants with bad ideas. Not enough focus on the basics and on employees.
