Pros
- great initial team - sky was the limit - excellent and fantastic Executive - great salary - great freedom - great colleagues - amazing team build - some of the leadership is extremely knowledgeable and supportive Some although against company policy and the numerous courses you have to take, retaliation is unfortunately always on the look out.
Cons
-they will not chose the best for the position but the political best liked. - they got rid of a very nice bonus schulde - some executive leadership is extremely incompetent - hr is never in favour of the employee , retaliation is something in their genes
