      - good working environment - good work life balance until the project go live - will get leaves and WFH very easily - Free lunch

      Cons

      - Delayed salary - if the project is live you may need to work till 3am, 4am - most of the projects are from kerala govmnt so the requirement never gets locked, it keeps on changing
