Cons
Internal politics Groupisum Leadership playing Tom and Jerry 24/7 work (it is a major sin if you apply leave) If you do good work then you will get other’s work who is managers pet. ( Finally he will get hike😐) No matter how much skill and experience you have, you have to work like other unskilled people, eventually you’ll forget everything you learned in previous(good) companies. Finally to conclude after all of this, if you put resignation notice you have to keep on asking managers, HR and coordinate management to get relieved from here (it will take 5 months)
