Acknowledgement is given when you work hard, opportunities are always available for those who show interest, atmosphere is respectful, happy and upbeat. Managers and Directors have an open door policy for those with new ideas. UMA as a whole is an ever expanding, diverse and an amazing company whom embraces individuality and listens to each voice no matter how small or loud. Coming from NY to FL, UMA accepted me in with open arms and treated me like family. UMA sees my efforts and allows me to shine, they see my weaknesses and work with me to overcome them while molding it into greatness, I really could not have asked for a better company to be a part of! I am truly blessed to be with a company that continues to excel is every aspect and I am truly thankful to be a part of the UMA team!
