Pros
UNC Caldwell is overall good to work for. There are problems with every hospital system, but i would say that overall, most would rate Administration high!
Cons
You do get yearly raises however it is always the same amount- typically 2.5%. Only leadership gets bonus's that can range based on your base pay.
