6yThanks for taking the time to provide excellent feedback. I am gratified to see that our efforts at prioritizing people are bearing fruit.I am disappointed, though, to hear that we are squashing ideas prematurely; our preferred modus operandi is to let ideas mature, gain popularity, and take root before we smash them to little bits and dance over the destruction. I kid, of course. :-D We are about to announce the formation of a new business unit focused on innovation. Please help us develop an appropriate methodology to vet suggestions and ideas, to ensure that we're listening well to our #1 asset: YOU. And my door is always open to anyone in the company who wants to come in and propose something new. Keep being awesome!
