      The company can't seem to figure out how to get back on track. New, aggressive retail competitors and many changes in leadership making it even harder.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
