Pros
Flex time is really good, 401k is fairly good and company provides an industry level standard match. Very community minded company due to the efforts of active groups. Get an associate discount of 10% in the SVU stores.
Cons
No career growth, No Training opportunities if it involves Travel, No Financial upside as raises are very small and do not even amount to cover inflation, No bonus for the worker bees. Company claims to be open but not really open to listening to its associates.
