Establish and maintain stock control and accounting records. Conduct location surveys and periodic inventories. Establish and maintain records for both manual and automated maintenance management systems. Prepare input and interpret the output of these systems. Maintenance of budgetary/fiscal management process. Request, receive and issue repair parts and supplies in support of maintenance operations. Control and issue tools and test equipment. Transport repair parts and/or supplies to other workers or areas using material handling equipment (MHE) or commercial vehicles, as required. Prepare periodic reports. Complete maintenance, supply and administrative forms and other paperwork related to performance of duties.
