the people seem to be very committed to the company and the work they do. there is a lot of opportunity for improvement and their flexible work environment is great.
Cons
there is a lot of duplication of effort. i guess that is why they are expected to lay off so many people after the close of the deal to sell off many of their retail locations. it seems to be a company that is struggling for an identity.
