      Decent salary, benefits, relocation package, etc; Great people with great work ethic and genuine care for the business

      Cons

      centralization caused to many silos and resulted in continual internal disagreements and lack of alignment in goals; too much focus on "doing" and not enough training

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
