      Talented, long term employees make this a fun place to work. The employees are dedicated and have a lot of combined experience

      The leadership team is very archaic. This is not a contemporary organization. They operate with 1980's leadership style.

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
